About project
JotForm is a powerful online application that allows anyone to quickly create custom online forms. Its intuitive drag-and-drop user interface makes form building incredibly simple, and doesn’t require you to write a single line of code. Using JotForm, you can create and publish forms, integrate them into your site, and receive responses by email.
I joined Jotform at 2007 during an early start-up phase. As the UX/UI designer I was responsible for the experience strategy and design of Jotform.
I delivered user interface design for Jotform version 2 and 3, two major overhauls of our web application. Within 5 years, along with interface concepts, prototypes and design specs, I executed design for numerous landing pages, subpages, content modules, as well as email newsletters and various ad campaigns.
By 2012, JotForm had over 700,000 users. In another 5 years, 2.5 million users were hosting 10 million forms and received 200 million form submissions, just before a redesigned Jotform 4.0 was launched by the team in February 2017.
